Your feedback does not have to be positive. You don’t need to post it publicly, and there’s no purchase or subscription required.

Who can claim, and what is included?
This offer is for adults aged 18 or older with a U.S. shipping address. The first 50 eligible completed claims receive one free 60-count Active H2 Raspberry pack with U.S. shipping included. One per person and household. Opening this page does not reserve a spot. Claims are subject to team approval before shipping. Once full, the form offers a waitlist instead; joining it does not guarantee a product. You may share this offer page. Keep your personal video-upload link private.
What am I agreeing to provide?
Submit an original video within 21 days of delivery using your private upload link. Your honest opinion can be positive, neutral, or negative. No public post, purchase, subscription, or additional payment is required. We do not automatically charge you if a video is late or missing.
How can Water & Wellness use my video?
You retain ownership of your content. By agreeing, you grant Water & Wellness a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license for 12 months from submission to reproduce, display, distribute, caption, resize, and edit your submitted video, voice, likeness, and first name for its website, email, organic social media, and paid advertising. Edits must preserve the meaning of your feedback. W&W may share the content with service providers working on its behalf for these uses. The free product is the compensation; no additional payment is promised. This does not authorize access to your social accounts or ads run from your personal account.
